Don’t ever  be afraid to tell someone you have been sexually assaulted.  You need to tell someone.  You are afraid, ashamed, so scared you can barely breath, but you need to tell someone.

Both men and women are victims of sexual assault, daily.  Schools, work, military, your own family but do not be afraid anymore.  You have help.
